Yes!

The great news is that all our goat milk soaps are naturally exfoliating due to the lactic acid which helps slough off dead skin cells softly. (Pine tar is the only soap we sell without goat milk.)

For more exfoliating power on dirty hands, we recommend The Tactical Goat with its medium-grain pumice and deep cleansing coconut oil. Activated charcoal pumice soap is also great for the hands with its added coconut oil to help remove grease and grime. Coffee soap makes a great exfoliating soap especially for the hands, back of arms, and feet.

For more sensitive areas like the face, arms, chest, and back, we recommend our blue cornmeal soap, blue clay, or activated charcoal pumice soap.

The first time you use any exfoliating soap, we recommend cleaning a small area of conspicuous skin to test.

Exfoliating soaps are best used on skin that is not sunburned and has no open wounds. If you also use light therapy on your face, we recommend using our exfoliating soap prior to light therapy and not directly afterwards since the light therapy can make skin extra sensitive.
